I came into the Empowered Mentorship through Wellness with Faith at a time when my life had a lot of uncertainties. Through using the tools provided & my faith in God, I have overcome several life hurdles in the past year. I felt lost before in general but this program has proven to be one of my best tools & I can pick it up at any time.

I’ve done other coaching programs before but none like this. From being completely accessible 24/7 to sharing wins & losses with the others, the community has given me new friends I never would’ve met before. Being in a like minded group has really been the key to what I needed. It’s a safe space where we all care about & pray for each other.

Before working with Jennifer, I would not stop working to fuel my body. I would feel hungry and just keep going. I did not know how to listen to my body. I also was not resting adequately.

While working with Jennifer, she taught be about how my body is fueled by my food intake, sleep, water, and exercise. I learned to listen to my body when it said it needed food fuel or rest. This translated into learning when my body and mind were saying I was pushing myself too far toward business goals or in general life.

I can’t say enough good things about my Jennifer’s coaching! She really knows her stuff, but she teaches in a way that feels doable in real life — not just in a perfect world. She understands that life gets busy and doesn’t make you feel like you’ve “failed” when things aren’t perfect. She helps you pivot instead of quit. And her approach to food has been a game changer for me — no good foods, no bad foods… just food. That shift alone has helped me reduce guilt and feel more balanced.
