To embrace who God says you are. I do this by equipping you with the tools that will help you overcome your past and learn how to use your past to guide you NOT to keep you STUCK. I EMPOWER you to take ownership of your thoughts, actions, feelings and grow in your faith and confidence. I encourage you along the way because there isn't an EASY button, but the rewards are worth the work.

why I do it
I've been there
After overcoming years of abuse, an eating disorder, and depression, I decided to embrace my personal furnace story and support others through similar challenges.
I became a certified Life Breakthrough Coach, I believe I have been called to encourage, equip, and empower women to overcome their past and step into their future.
Drawing from my own experiences of being trapped in an abusive cycle and feeling defeated, I am dedicated to motivate, equip, and empower you to take actionable steps towards overcoming your struggles.
